Self-control plays a decisive role in the development of children's cognitive ability, intelligence factor and learning ability, and it is the core element for children to establish a healthy personality in their future growth. On the one hand, with the maturity of attention quality, and children have a certain cognitive basis, their self-control began to appear. The maturity of attention quality is an important basis for the occurrence and further development of children's self-control.On the other hand,stability-based attention is the core and foundation of self-control.The sensitive period of development of attentional stability in young children is during their 4-5 years old period. The improvement of attentional stability can be achieved through suitable sports.Studies have shown that sports can indeed promote the development of attention stability.Research purposes: Through experimental research, the young children were subjected to a 14-week soccer activity intervention. The intensity of the intervention was moderate. They were tested at the 7th and 14 th week of the intervention to test the concentration of attention, and the football activities were tested and analyzed.-The influence of attention stability of 5-year-olds.Research methods: mainly through experimental research methods to study, randomly selected from the Springfield kindergarten in Longquanyi District 65 4-5 years old children without football basis,32 children with attention to stabilization time in 5-10 minutes, the age of(49.4375±1.4577),17 boys and 15 girls, including 8 males and 8 females in the experimental group,9 males and 7 females in the control group. Before the start of the experiment,an agreement was signed with the parents of the 32 parents. The parents ensured that the children did not participate in any sports activities outside the school. The experimental group was subjected to 14 weeks of moderate-intensity soccer activity intervention. The control group had the same activities in all aspects of the kindergarten as the experimental group, but did not participate in football activities. The test results of the test methods are the method of elimination and the method of adjustment after the adjustment. The use of SPSS 22.0 independent sample T test to detect the difference between the two groups, the use of SPSS22.0 Pearson correlation analysis to detect the two methods to assess the level of attention stability, whether there is consistency.Experimental results:1.After 7 weeks of soccer activity intervention, there was a significant difference in the time of attentional stability between the experimental group and the control group, and there was a significant difference in the attention index. At the same time,gender-distribution analysis found that there was a significant difference in attention index and attention stabilization time between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the attention index and the stabilization time between the two groups.2.After 14 weeks of football activity intervention, there was a significant difference between the two groups of children in the attention index and the duration of attention. There was a significant difference in the attention index between male and female infants in the sex test group and the control group, and there was a very significant difference in the attention maintenance time.3.After correlation analysis, there was significant correlation between the elimination method and the adjusted elimination method when assessing the level of attentional stability.Analysis conclusion:1.Moderate-intensity football activities can foster children's attention and stability.Within the proper range, the longer the time spent in the use of football activities, the greater the increase in attentional stability.2.There is a gender difference in the degree of attentional stability of children aged 4-5 years. After 14 weeks of football activity intervention, the concentration of attentional stability of girls and children increases more than that of boys.3.The adjustment of four patterns after placing four kinds of go pieces can effectively test the attention stability of children aged 4-5 years old.
