Early childhood is an important period of physical and mental development and the formation of personality.Self-control ability is the core element of the whole personality construction.Attention stability is the core and foundation of self-control ability,5 to 6 years old is the sensitive period of attention stability development. At this time, cultivation plays a crucial role in the development of children’s future learning ability, social adjustment and other key cognitive areas. At present,a large number of studies have proved that physical exercise is an effective way to cultivate attention stability. Objective: In this study,moderate-high intensity basketball exercise was used as an intervention method to conduct 12-week basketball exercise intervention for 5-6 years old children with different accumulative time, and the results were tested and analyzed to explore the influence of moderate-high intensity basketball activities in different accumulative time on children’s attention stability. Methods: This research adopts the experimental method, randomly selected from the Qingtaishan kindergarten class 60 5-6 years old mental and physical health(65.4 + /-2.1 months of age:infants),the attention stability level of 60 children was checked out,and the correct rate of the check test results was taken as the basic screening index. There were 48 children who met the index. In the 48 children as the research object, the 48 subjects randomly divided into experimental group 1(cumulative time 15-20min),experiment group 2(cumulative time 25 to 30 min)and the control and inspection of three groups of baseline levels. There were 16 participants in experimental group 1(8 females,8 males),16 participants in experimental group 2(8females,8 males),and 16 participants in experimental group 2(8 males,8 males). The children in experimental group 2 were interventionized with moderate-high intensity basketball activities at different accumulative time for 12 weeks, while the control group was only interventionized with normal in-kindergarten activities without other activities.Note stability level test method: cancel test methodResearch results and conclusions:(1)Research results:(1)Through repeated measurement variance test,we can see the difference in the influence of moderate-high intensity basketball exercise intervention with different cumulative time on the attention stability of children.Measurement of the "time" the main effect factors significantly(F = 61.308,P < 0.01),statistically significant,"time" x group interaction significantly(F = 4.937,P = 0.001)statistically significant, subject category effect between(F = 9.006,P = 0.001),with statistical significance.(2)Through further data analysis, compared with the control group, after 6 weeks of medium-high intensity basketball exercise, the attention stability index of children in experimental group 2(25-30min)was significantly increased(P<0.05);After 12 weeks of medium-high intensity basketball exercise, compared with the control group, the index of attention stability in experimental group 1(15-20min)and experimental group 2(25-30min)was significantly increased(P<0.01).(3)Through repeated measures analysis of variance,-high intensity in different accumulation time of basketball intervention effect on men’s and women’s children’s attention stability index, among them, the time significant main effects(F = 62.159,P< 0.01)statistically significant gender main effect significantly(F = 7.674,P = 0.008)statistically significant, time x gender interaction effect was not significant(F = 2.283,P = 0.108 > 0.05)is not statistically significant.(2)Through the research results, the conclusions are as follows:1.Medium-high intensity basketball can improve the attention stability level of 5-6years old children.Medium-high load intensity is an important factor affecting the attention stability of children.2.The significant improvement of children’s attention level is related to the accumulated time of exercise. The effect of 25-30 minutes of medium-high intensity basketball exercise on the improvement of attention stability of 5-6 years old children is better.Under the same exercise intensity, the longer the intervention cycle, the better the improvement effect of 5-6 years old children’s attention stability.3.Medium-high intensity basketball has a promoting effect on attention stability of both boys and girls aged 5-6.The overall effect is better for female children.Under the condition of the same intensity, the longer the cumulative time is,the female children will get more exercise effect than the male children, and the male children need to invest more cycle time in training intervention than the female children to have a significant effect.
