Research On The Characteristics Of Undergraduate Students' Cooperative Cognition And Its Relevant Factors

Cooperation is a widespread phenomenon in the life,study and work.It has a positive effect on the development of society and the progress of human beings.Cooperative cognition is the premise of cooperative behavior,which plays an important role in the formation of cooperative behavior.With the development of economic globalization,the development of College Students' Cooperative Cognition and the improvement of cooperation consciousness can make them better integrate into the global economic environment.However,most of the researches on Cooperative cognition are still in the childhood period.This study attempts to provide a measurement tool for College Students' cooperative cognition through a series of investigation and research.This research mainly uses the literature method,interview method and questionnaire method to investigate the college students' Cooperative Cognition,including three studies.Firstly,a study on the development of College Students' Cooperative Cognition Questionnaire,explores the psychological structure of college students cognitive cooperation.Secondly,according to the university students' Cooperative Cognition Questionnaire,preliminary study on current characteristics of Cooperative Cognition of college students.Thirdly,the questionnaire with the big five personality scale and self decision scale,some related factors on College Students' cooperative cognition.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)college students' Cooperative Cognition consists of the following four dimensions: equal cognition,interpersonal cognition,Cooperative Cognition and objective cognition.(2)the college students' Cooperative Cognition Questionnaire,which is compiled by this study,can be used as a tool to measure college students' cooperative cognition.(3)college students' cognitive level of cooperation is more active.Generally speaking,it is easier to choose cooperation in the work and study.Among them,thehighest score is the interpersonal cognition,and the lowest score is the goal cognition.And there are significant differences in the characteristics of cooperation among different demographic variables.(4)college students' Cooperative Cognition,self determination,conscientiousness,agreeableness,openness,extra version were positively correlated with each other,and negatively correlated with nervous temperament.(5)Conscientiousness plays an important role in Cooperative Cognition and self determination.
