Obejective:On the basis of literature study and information survey of the relational studies on cooperative learning home and abroad, the paper explored and verified the current situation of cooperative learning in high schools and developed the scale of cooperative learning in high school.Methods:In this study, In view of the current situation of cooperative learning and based on the literature study and opening interview, developed the scale of cooperative learning in high school, analyzed by SPSS and LISERAL.Results:The results of four factors had good reliability and validity. Reliability of the scale a coefficient of the whole scale is0.890, a coefficient of each partial scale is between0.732and0.760;The correlation coefficient between content and aggregate score is0.457-0.621and the correlation is significant makes structure validity good.Conclusion:(1)The scale of cooperative learning ability in high school contained four factors witch were individual accountability, ability of cooperation, atmosphere of cooperation and positive interdependence;(2)The scale of cooperative learning ability in high school had good Homogeneity reliability and Split half reliability, reliability of the scale a coefficient of the whole scale and each partial were all above0.715;(3)Evaluation from professional professors, CFA, and correlation analysis improved that the content validity of the scale was good.
