Interpersonal Communication In The Suddenly Rich Elder People Due To Land Expropriation

Famers become rich suddenly because of national land expropriation.Since then,famers become residents and a series of adaptation problems arise.In this paper,the suddenly rich elderly rich people are selected as the research object.We investigated the changes and problems of interpersonal communication in their lives.This paper makes a literature review on the theory of sudden wealth,the theory of interpersonal communication and current situation among Chinese and foreigners.We investigated 347 elderly people in Lucheng town,Tongzhou District in Beijing.Our research includes the interpersonal communication contents,frequency,depth,place,time and objects in order to explore the situation and problems of suddenly rich old men due to land expropriation.Our study found that community environment,economic compensation and other factors will affect the interpersonal communication of these old people.The influence of community environment is greater than that of land expropriation compensation.According to the survey,the communication contents of these parvenu are richer than the previous.However,these parvenu lack deep communication.The place and time of their interaction is relatively fixed.Personal preferences,internal cognition and personal conditions are the internal factors that affect their communication.The characteristics of communication objects,social environment and material resources are the external factors.
