Investigation On The Ssientific Research Ability Of National Defence Education Teachers In Commen Colleges And Universities

Scientific research is the basic supportive condition in colleges and universities to impart knowledge,cultivate talents and serve the society for teachers.It is of great significance for teachers to carry out scientific research on teachers' own professional development,sustainable development of school teaching and national knowledge innovation.As the main body of national defense education teaching and scientific research,the level of scientific research ability of the national defense education teachers affects the future of national defense education discipline construction directly,so we must be highly concerned about the scientific research ability of national defense education teachers in colleges and universities.Based on the existing research and related theories,this paper investigates and analyzes the research ability of national defense education teachers in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province by means of questionnaire.After analyzing the data,it is found that the teachers of national defense education in Jiangsu Province already have the basic scientific research ability,However,due to the particularity of the national defense education subject,colleges and universities do not attach importance to national defense education,the education department is not inclined and the national defense education teachers lack autonomy,so that the quality of national defense education and scientific research is difficult to improve,scientific research is difficult to carry out,scientific research level is difficult to upgrade,Difficult to guarantee,so the overall level of scientific research is not high.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from three aspects:the teachers themselves,colleges and universities,and the education authorities.That is,national defense education teachers should pay attention to sharpen their scientific research ability;colleges and universities should strengthen the national defense education and scientific research conditions to improve the overall level of scientific research;education departments should increase support for national defense education,provide the necessary scientific research conditions,in order to provide reference for improving the scientific research ability of national defense education teachers in colleges and universities.
