The Implementation Path Of Fundamental Task Of Cultivating Virtue And Shaping Personality In Universities

The eighteen party congress clearly put forward that take cultivating virtue and shaping personality as the fundamental task of education,cultivating socialist builders and successors.This is a new summary of the development of China's education goals and tasks and the essence of higher education in our country,pointed out the basic direction of the reform and development of higher education in our country.In recent years,under the efforts of the CPC Party committees and governments at all levels and various colleges,cultivating virtue and shaping personality has achieved certain results.The ideological and political education as the main channel of moral education get more and more attention in the universities.Studying the realization path of cultivating virtue and shaping personality and digging up the educational function of ideological and political theory course have a very significant theoretical and practical significance for improve the pertinence,effectiveness and appeal of ideological and political education,for the healthy growth of college students.The article is divided into four parts:the first chapter is the Theoretical exploration.From two aspects of history and the era,we have an overall understanding for cultivating virtue and shaping personality;From philosophy,psychology,sociology and the three regular define the theoretical basis.This chapter lays the theoretical foundation of cultivating virtue and shaping personality.The second chapter studies some achievements of the cultivating virtue and shaping personality and existing problems,and from inside of University,society,family.and individual students analyzes the reasons.The last two chapters on the basis of the first two chapters,from the existing problems and reasons,puts forward the realization path of internal and external of cultivating virtue and shaping personality,provides solid guidance value for the ultimate education goal,s realization of cultivating virtue and shaping personality.
