Vigorously develop compulsory education,promote the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,teachers are the key,must put the ranks of teachers in the strategic position of priority development.At present,many schools in the area of our country,there are some problems of primary and secondary school teachers,teachers' occupation loyalty problem is particularly prominent.As a special profession of teaching and educating people,teachers should give full play to the role of their own physical characteristics.Professional loyalty,which is one of the main characteristics of teachers,has a direct impact on Teachers' devotion to teaching,and then affects the exertion of teachers' teaching enthusiasm and the fulfillment of their duties.Moreover,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,to realize the balanced development of compulsory education is a long-term process,relevant policies and funds fully in place is a gradual process,so the development of rural education,occupation loyalty to enhance the quality of rural education also need to cultivate teachers,give full play to the initiative of teachers.This study focuses on Organizational Commitment Theory and Parsons' s theory of social action from the perspective of the sample data,some primary and secondary school teachers in Hubei Province Based on the first,through descriptive analysis,investigation of occupation loyalty status of primary and secondary school teachers,including teachers occupation loyalty and the overall performance of the demographic characteristics of primary and secondary schools,and three specific occupation loyalty the occupation of emotion and affection,occupation ability and competence,occupation responsibility and hold the situation.Secondly,through regression analysis,to explore the influencing factors of teacher occupation loyalty in primary and secondary schools,including three specific occupation loyalty occupation emotion and affection,occupation ability and competence,occupation responsibility and adhere to the influence factors,and influence the overall performance of the occupation loyalty factors.This study found that:(1)primary and secondary school teachers occupation loyalty overall performance is more optimistic,the low level of teachers' occupation loyalty accounted for less than 20%,more than 80% of the primary and middle school teachers' occupation loyalty overall performance on the general level and higher level.In addition,under different demographic characteristics,occupation loyalty teachers showed significant difference,specific performance: the teachers in rural schools and city schools between teachers,between male and female teachers,Party members and non members between teachers,teachers with different years of teaching,teachers of different titles between occupation loyalty showed different degrees of difference.(2)the primary and secondary school teachers' professional loyalty in the performance of the three aspects of the reasons for the differences are different.Specifically,political affiliation,occupation identity and occupation satisfaction,family support,income satisfaction,school management system and social acceptance significantly influence the teacher's occupation emotion and love;age,occupation identity,schoolmanagement system and social pressure significantly affect teachers' occupation ability and competence;and teachers' occupation responsibility and stick with age,occupation identity and occupation satisfaction,marital status,whether the couple separated in different places,family life,school type,management system and social income satisfaction,school pressure showed a significant correlation.(3)the overall situation of primary and middle school teachers occupation loyalty,its performance is affected by gender,political affiliation,occupation identity and occupation satisfaction,marital status,both husband and wife are in different places together influence the separation,family life,school type,income satisfaction and school management system,social identity and social pressure.According to the results of this study,put forward the following suggestions: first,to increase rural teachers,so that all school teachers share the fruits of reform and development.Second,cultivate occupation emotion and love of primary and secondary school teachers,improve the school management system,improve the teachers' income and occupation satisfaction,enhance teachers' occupation emotion and love,makes more teachers not only to teach as a task type of occupation,but a genuine work.Third,pay attention to teachers' occupation ability,teachers are required to actively promote and improve teaching ability,more requirements of the school pays attention to the teacher occupation ability and competence training,to become a teacher of students to become an adult,gardener training qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause.Fourth,on the one hand,it requires teachers to strengthen their own ideals and beliefs.On the other hand to help the teachers to solve the housing problem solving and life,let the teachers stay menace from the rear.
