A Study Of Metaphorical Teaching Of Poetry In Senior High School

When the foreign countries had a fever on the study of ‘metaphor fever',our understanding of metaphor,in many cases,still stays in the perspective of rhetoric.With the gradual introduction of foreign research results,the study of metaphor in China hasn't in the rhetoric industry,but has been studied more widely.This thesis points out that metaphor is not only a rhetorical device but also a cognition.Through the analysis of the problems,which existing in current poetry teaching,the author introduces metaphor into the poetry teaching in class,and makes a feasible analysis.Throughout the Chinese language teaching,the introduction of metaphorical thinking into poetry teaching is rare.According to the characteristics of senior high school students' mental development,this paper puts forward four strategies of metaphor teaching,which base on both domestic and foreign experts,scholars' research on metaphor and their own teaching practice as well.The method of recitation,schema understanding,frame understanding and mapping association.Metaphor is the life and the principle of poetry,the introduction of this thinking into senior high school poetry teaching in class,not only let students easily find the beauty in the poetry world,but also train their thinking ability of extrapolation,transfer similar learning effects to another study.The teaching of metaphor in high school poetry is a way to inspire and teach students to learn,and to discover the secrets of their own cooperation.This method adapts to the requirements of the new curriculum reformation,which advocates the students as the main subjects and the teacher as the leading role.It can motivate the vigor of Chinese class and promote the development of the students.
