Objective: Cold Water Immersion therapy is an important means of promoting physical recovery after exercise,especially after high-intensity training or competition.How to quickly and effectively promote the recovery of sports fatigue has become research hot issues to the high level of domestic and foreign coaches and researchers.This study is conducted to study the effect of cold therapy on the recovery process of the two types of athletes and the effects of Cold Water Immersion(CWI)and passive recovery(PR)on the endurance and the strength project male athletes,and the differences of the restoration method,for coaches and researchers to choose the appropriate way to provide a reference for cold recovery in training and competition.Methods: This study uses the method of randomized crossover design.In this study,12 patients with an endurance exercise and 13 strength project athletes perform two Wingate anaerobic power test experiments,after the exercise,athletes complete the passive recovery or cold water immersion.The water temperature is 13? for 15 minutes and the time interval is one week.The experiment collect the physical signs of Heart Rate(HR),Blood lactic acid(Bla),Cardiac Output(CO),Stroke volume(SV),Perfusion Index(PI),oxygen saturation of blood(SaO2),core temperature(TC),Skin temperature(TS),and Heart Rate Variability(HRV)and other related physiological indicators.After the intervention,the subjects were tested for Omega Wave integrated function.The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results: 1.In the cardiovascular system,compared with the quiet recovery,there was no significant difference in heart rate and blood lactic acid recovery between cold therapy and restoring patients(P> 0.05);endurance project athletes' cardiac output and cardiac index after cold water immersion recovery,there was significant difference in the immediate recovery 0min(P < 0.05),and in the recovery phase of the cardiac output and cardiac index were higher than the quiet recovery,recovery of strength athletes cardiac output and cardiac index showed no significant difference;endurance athletes should restore perfusion index in recovery to 15 min,compared with quiet,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),the strength of athletes cooling recovery perfusion index during the recovery period of 0~5min,compared with the quiet recovery,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).2.In the respiratory and circulatory system,compared with the quiet recovery,endurance athletes' saturation of blood oxygen after cold recovery,in the recovery to 15 min,showed a very significant difference(P < 0.001);strength athletes' oxygen saturation after cold water immersion,there was significant difference in immediate recovery of 0min(P < 0.05).3.In the nervous system,compared with the quiet recovery,HF norm and LF norm had significant difference in strength athletes after cooling water immersion recovery(P < 0.05).4.The ability in sports,compared with quiet recovery,endurance project athletes after cold water immersion recovery,the jumping times is reduced by an average of 3 times,showed significant difference(P < 0.05);power project athletes after cold water immersion recovery,the jumping times is reduced by an average of 1 times after post exercise recovery,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).5.In the body temperature,compared with the quiet recovery,the ear temperature of endurance athletes after recovery showed a very significant difference in the recovery phase of 0~3min(P < 0.01),in the recovery stage of 10~15min,there was significant difference(P < 0.01).Compared with the quiet recovery,the surface temperature of strength athletes during the recovery period of 5~15min,showed significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Recovery of cold water immersion can improve endurance project athlete's heart output after the movement immediately,reduce endurance project athlete recovery period of 15 minutes limb end blood flow and strength of athletes recovery period 0-7 minutes limb end blood flow,promote endurance athletes recovery of the first 15 minutes of oxygen saturation recovery,so that the body's peripheral blood transfer to the heart,thereby speeding up the recovery of sports fatigue.2.Cold water immersion can enhance the strength of the project athlete's vagus nerve activity,promote parasympathetic activation,and accelerate the recovery of exercise fatigue.3.Cold water immersion recovery immediately after exercise will reduce the ability of endurance athletes to jump,limit the movement of muscle performance,and reduce the athlete's athletic ability.
