In recent years,online open courses,MOOC,Mu class frequently not only appeared in various types of media,but also in all kinds of school curriculum practice.With the development of the national strategy "Internet plus",education informatization maked “Internet plus education” to become more and more closer to us.The “cloud learning” which could be online,real-time and free from time and space constraints had attracted more and more people's attention.At the beginning of the 21 st century,the Massachusetts Science Institute`s open course ware project(open course ware,OCW),advocated to fully open curriculum resources which also should be completely shared to people on the Internet.OCW hoped that people who showed eagerness for knowledge could get higher learning education resources.Since 2012,MOOC(massive open online course,massive open online courses)made people around the world to see another way to get into the University,tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of people together learned a course with the help of network platform,they asked questions to the teacher,submitted their work,discussed with each other,and even became friends.Online open courses not only changed teaching model and learning model,but also impacted the world's educational institutions.With the following of international pace,for China,the development of education in this area was rapid.We have developed from modern distance education project to excellent course,video open class,resource sharing lessons,and then open online courses.Many schools,especially university,have timely introduced related courses which have been earned great comments from the majority of students.In recent years,with the technical support of rapid development of educational informationization,excellent multimedia teaching equipments,high-speed and stable campus internet connections,outstanding HD video courses making abilities,CUPES focused on the online open courses.In this paper,1.we will first analyze the online open courses through references in order to fully understand its essence.Then,we will study the present situation of the online open courses of CUPES,and find out its own advantages and disadvantages.And then we analyze current prevalent Chinese MU class platform,it will guide the construction of online open courses platform of CUPES.At last,the author will put forward suggestions on the construction of MOOC platform.
