The Study On The Use Of Shooting Techniques By Junior Middle School Men Players In The 8^th Yangguang Cup,the Chaoyang District Elementary And Secondary Schools Basketball Match

Shooting technique is one of the main skills in playing basketball.Whether players can shoot well has a direct influence on the game result.Junior middle school players,who are ongoing physical growth,have a big difference with adult players in shooting.This author thus tries to study the characteristics of junior middle school players by watching and analyzing the videos of junior middle school men players in the 8th “Yangguang cup”,the 8t h Chaoyang District Elementary and Secondary Schools Basketball Match.This author then tries to theorize the findings and apply them to improve the shooting training methods for junior middle school players in C haoyang district.Hopefully,the findings can a lso help developing better youth basketball players in China.The method employed in this research includes statistics,literature review,data analysis and logic analysis.The number of shots and percentage of shots in different zones,positions,ways and situations of defences are statistically investigated.The research then makes a deep analysis of the use of shooting techniques from the dimensions of the physical factors,techniques,psychological factors and team strategies.The research findings about the junior middle school men players in the 8t h Yangguang Cup are as follows:1.Junior middle school men players had low shooting and free throw percentages in different areas,locations,ways and defence situations.2.Junior middle school men players made the most goal attempts and had the highest shooting percentage in the painted area.What's more,the goal attempts and shooting percentage in this area made the most direct influence on the result of the matches.3.The guards made the most goal attempts and the forwards had the highest shooting percentage.The number of goal attempts and shooting percentage of guards had the most direct influence on the game results.4.The most frequently used shooting technique were set shot,lay up and jump shot.Among these,the most goal attempts were made through layups and the highest shooting percentage was in jump shots.The number of goal attempts and shooting percentages in layups had the most direct influence on the game result.5.Players made the most goal attempts under intense defence and had the highest shooting percentage with no interference.The number of goal attempts and shooting percentage under the four circumstances all had a direct influence in the game result.6.Junior middle school men players had high number of free throws but the shooting percentage was low.The number of free throws and the shooting percentages had a direct influence on the game result.
