Research On The Occupation Stability Of Amateur Tennis Coach In Beijing

With the development of tennis in our country,more and more people are involved in tennis,especially in the developed cities of Beijing as the representative of the development of tennis,showing a diversified development model.Tennis as a world recognized gentleman movement,is a sport suitable for everyone.In the process of the development of tennis in China,this occupation also have a tennis coach,taking Beijing city as an example to investigate the Beijing City amateur tennis coaches occupation stability,analysis of factors influencing occupation stability of amateur tennis coaches in Beijing City,Beijing City amateur tennis coaches and want to become an amateur tennis reference people coach,Beijing amateur tennis market faster and better development to provide protection.In this paper,by the methods of literature study,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,through three factors of occupation stability of amateur tennis coaches,the basic situation of amateur tennis coaches in Beijing city and conducted in-depth research,objective analysis of amateur tennis coaches status,combined with the law and society of tennis the development of coaches tennis talent needs to find out the influencing factors of coaches occupation stability,put forward to promote the occupation of amateur tennis coaches and better and faster development of countermeasures and suggestions.Research results show that rendered young amateur tennis coaches in Beijing,and male-female ratio disparity,coaches personnel types are also relatively complex,Bachelor number 79,accounted for a larger proportion in the total number.72 coaches have English level certification,participating in tennis teaching life in the 3 years following 41 people,23 people over 11 years.Through the study of coaches ' personal ability,personal needs,income,as well as market conditions and the weather and other factors,in-depth analysis of amateur tennis coaches Professional stability,how to improve amateur tennis coach of the quantity and overall quality of responses and suggestions,as the Beijing tennis and tennis coaches in the rapid development of references and theoretical support.
