Objective:this thesis explores the influence of balance ability on the striking stability of tennis, effectively combines the balance training methods and the special characteristics for setting a reasonable balance trainings that to improve the athletes balance problems and eliminate the obstruction of improve striking stability of tennis, which for athletes to create a more excellent results and improve training effectiveness to.provide some theoretical basis and training support.Research Methods:12 male tennis student of 2013 grade College of Education majors Beijing Sport University for the study were randomly divided into 2 groups:S group (experimental group) and D group (control group), each group consists of 6 athletes. Both groups performed the same routine tennis training, on this basis, S group processed 6 weeks balance ability training, three times a week, around 10 minutes each time. The training content combines Evert Verhagen tennis training program with special features of tennis, setting reasonable balance tennis training. The first experiments with the first six weeks and 0 weeks for athletes balance and stability tests were batting. Biodex Balance System balance tests include:1. standing with eyes open, eyes closed and eyes open feet standing on one foot, including the overall stability index OSI, anteroposterior direction and stability index APSI right direction stability index MLSI and other test content.2 Stability test, which includes the completion of all the random LOS target tracking time, the average direction control and front, rear, left, right, left, right front, left rear, the ability to control eight directions on the right rear. Batting stability testing, using the ITN International Tennis grade level testing positive bottom line, backhand accuracy and precision serve as test targets the stability ball, and the other to increase the success rate of the test to calculate batting content.Results:(1) six weeks of balance training can improve bipedal standing athlete with eyes open, eyes closed, feet and ability to stand on one foot eyes advantaged leg; the advantage of one foot standing leg eyes OSI and APSI indicators bipedal standing with eyes closed and eyes open leg advantage standing with one foot in the OSI, APSI and MLSI index increase is particularly significant (P<0.05).(2) 6 weeks balance ability training can improve the ability to control all directions movement of athletes, such as the body’s ability to control the direction of stability, the average control indicators and targets eight directions have significant differences (P<0.05), while reducing LOST test scores (P> 0.05), to improve the overall stability.(3) After the routine training plus the balance ability training, the baseline stability ball has greatly improved in the experimental group athletes (P<0.05), the serve stability has significantly improved (P <0.05), and the increase range was higher than before the experiment and the control group athletes (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) six weeks of balance training can improve the ability of static balance and homeostasis of athletes.(2) 6 weeks of balance training can improve athletes’ body stability control capabilities, while improving the imbalance of abdominal muscle and dorsal muscle, left and right side muscle, and to adjust the direction of balanced development of the two sides muscle.(3) six weeks of balance training is more effective than routine training for athletes to improve the bottom line of the stability ball and serve stability.
