The Study On Improving The Moral Function Of College Students’ Micro Public Welfare

With the frequent corruption of government public organizations and the trust crisis of traditional charitable, micro public welfare has become the new norm of network society.Micro public welfare has broad, deep and convenient by the ordinary people of all ages,students in the use of network communication tools and can integrate with the modern science and technology, perfect products, which has not only become a rare backbone of micro public welfare, but also by Party and state leaders attach great importance on. On December 2016, general secretary Xi Jinping put forward at the national meeting of Ideological and political work, to adhere to the moral education as a key link of University education. In order to promote the integration of Ideological and political work and information technology, we should carry out various forms of campus culture activities and all kinds of social practice in Colleges and universities. This requires college students to make full use of micro public welfare, use theory to guide practice, self education in practice, to achieve the full range of educational goals from the first to the second classroom teaching. Therefore, the research on the improvement of the moral education function of College Students’ micro public welfare can not only realize the moral education of college students, but also improve the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and universities.This paper consists of four parts. The preface mainly discusses the significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research review, research ideas, research methods and innovation. The second part mainly analyzes the moral education function of college students of micro public welfare theory, including the concept and characteristics of College Students’ micro public welfare, college students’ moral education function of micro public welfare main manifestation, carrier and implementation as well as the influence of College Students’ moral education function of micro public welfare. The third part of the college students in micro public welfare exert its function of moral education in college students, including the moral function of micro public welfare area is narrow, the moral function of the degree of light, the moral function of the effect is not obvious and micro public welfare into "lack of moral function caused by the pseudo public, and analyze the restricting factors of college students micro public welfare moral education function,the comprehensive ability of college students and college students own level is limited,micro public welfare organization’s management level is not high, not to support efforts attention on College Students’ micro public welfare is not deep and the society on College Students’ micro public welfare. The fourth part is to propose relevant countermeasures for college students encounter in the process of micro public welfare play the functions of moral problems in, mainly from the four dimensions of social support degree and the comprehensive qualities of college students, micro public welfare organization management level of colleges and universities to put forward: one is to enhance the comprehensive quality of college students to participate in micro public welfare the two is to improve students’ micro public welfare organization management level, the three is the emphasis on College Students’ micro public welfare, the four is to improve college students’ social support micro public welfare.
