With the rapid development of the Internet in the world,network media has gradually become the center of the public ideological cultural information and the amplifier of public opinion,at the same time,the influence on the stability and development of the college students becomes deeper and deeper.As a new field of the construction of campus culture,the guidance and management of university network public opinion has not attracted enough attention to the competent department.there has no linkage and immediate response of the regulatory mechanism and emergency response mechanism,in response to unexpected events of public opinion can use network technology and management skills are very scarce.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore a more efficient and responsive mechanism of university network public opinion in response mechanism.This paper is based on the actual management of university network public opinion,based on the domestic and foreign research results,starting from the analysis of the concept,defines the concept of university network public opinion,on the basis of further analysis of the development of new trends and new features of current university network public opinion.The select many universities in Liaoning Province as the object of investigation,focusing on the current situation of university network public opinion management,from the results of the research shows that university network public opinion management exists simple and brutal means of management,lacking of monitoring mechanisms,the lag of“software and hardware” of construction and other problems,and analyzes the related causes.Finally,aiming at the typical problems in the network to public opinion management,starting from the basic principles and ideas,putting forward specific measures to construct the university network public opinion response mechanism,including the construction of public opinion gathering linkage system;building schools,the competent authorities in charge of the two level and information delivery system;paying attention to create public opinion literacy training,raising build high-quality public opinion team;improving the campus network information security technology support level and pay attention to the soft environment construction of network culture.This study can provide a reference for the effective development of network public opinion management in university,and provide protection to a rational,harmonious and healthy network environment.
