In recent years,with the rapid development of urban economy,cities with more opportunities of jobs have attracted an increasing number of foreign migrant workers to work there.Migrant works migrate to cities from the original "migrate alone" while holding the whole family".Children follow their parents to cities whose learning problem has been a focus.The adaptability problem of floating children is directly relevant to the schooling of children.In order to improve the studying of floating children,guarantee their rights to be educated,accelerate the development of city and the stability of society,the author combines the study of social professional work theory,from the "win-win" service concept of social work,to carry out intervention work on the floating children has learning adaptability problems.This research is bounded on the theory of Ecological,searched on the Primary School A,and it determines its eight interviewers using the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview,observation and other methods to make a concrete analysis of their learning adaptability problem's performance and reasons.The author mainly uses the social work of individual cases,and he sometimes adds group social work on one cases to improve cohesion of teams and speed up the goal to achieve.To explore the effectiveness of the social work intervention,this research combines the specific cases with four systems,such as the personal system,micro,mezzo system,exterior system,under the help of the principle of the system interaction.Thus,it analyses every environmental resources around children,such as the physiology/psychology/attitude and school,family,community,society,to excavate the availability of the resources around and establish a fixed framework of interlocking.The author creates the summary and the reflection constantly in practice,finds advantages and disadvantages,and shares their experiences to explore a suitable method to the intervention.The thesis can be mainly divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.It primarily introduces the topic's research background,the significance of research,research methods,literature review,theories,relevant concept definitions,which affords a good foundation to research.The second part mainly introduces the learning adaptability of floating children in school A of city B with the basic information of school,an analysis of studying object and interviewing object.The third part mainly introduces the manifestation of the learning adaptability of floating children who study in Primary School A from their learning attitudes,learning method,learning environment.Then,it combines specific problems and applies ecological systems theory,which analyzes from four points of view,namely,floating children themselves,schools,families,and society.Then,it analyzes and integrates resource to realize the maximization of utility in resources.The forth part analyzes from integration paths of social work combined with specific situation of interviewing object according to theoretical foundation for individual cases to carry out the intervention from choosing the case,problem assessment and resource assessment,intervention,effect evaluation and receiving case.Finally,the author makes a research conclusion and reflection,putting forward improvement suggestions from looking back the whole process of intervention as well as analyzing strengths and weaknesses of corresponding link.
