A Study On The Demands Of Family Care Services For Infants And Children And The Intervention Strategies Of Social Work In Urban Area Of 0-3 Years Old ——A Case Study Of Suzhou

In recent years,with the national policy of encouraging child-care frequently,the entire industry has been developed at a high speed.The demand of urban 0-3-year-old child care service is increasing and tends to be diversified,but the fair and friendly environment for child care is still insufficient.Therefore,the research on the intervention of social work in the home care needs of 0-3-year-old infants will be beneficial to the improvement of the quality of the home care service and the equal construction and perfection of the system of the home care service,in order to improve the well-being of the people and promote family harmony.This paper,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,through self-made questionnaire and non-structural interviews with urban nurseries and teachers in nurseries,and with the participation of the author.Following the framework of ecosystem theory,this paper takes the families of 0-3-year-old infants in the city at the level of micro-system,the community support and nurseries at the level of meso-system,and the nurseries policy at the level of macro-system as the main research objects,according to the demand and characteristics of urban childcare service in Suzhou,the paper summarizes the current situation of urban family childcare and childcare service demand,and analyzes the influencing factors of urban childcare service demand under ecosystem theory,finally,the trend of the demand for home-based childcare service for 0-3-year-old infants in urban areas is analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions for the development of home-based childcare service and social work support path are put forward.The results show that there are three types of childcare demands in different urban families: traditional type,pressure type and selective type.The participation of most families in the process of child care is relatively weak,and the guidance of family child care needs to be strengthened,more to cater to the market and parents;Pratt ? Whitney's child care policy is still only a proposal in the actual implementation process,the construction of local child care service system support is insufficient.At the same time,the complicated educational ideas and the unbalanced development of teachers result in the low quality of childcare service and the limited development of equitable childcare service.Based on this,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the development trend of urban childcare demand and social work intervention,through the development of professional childcare service activities to strengthen the scientific awareness and manner of urban families,and from the main body of children care to emphasize the need for consistency.Second,from the medium point of view,summarize the new forms of the development of childcare service,improve the support network of community childcare service,standardize the supervision system of childcare institutions.Third,from the macro point of view,emphasize the construction of the family-oriented infant growth and cultivation model,improve the "support and support" legal policy,create a fair environment for Pratt ?
