At present,more and more colleges use high-rise student apartments to meet the needs of students' housing,taking high-rise student apartments into consideration,it's structure is complex,and the density of staff is large,especially,the fire fighting is difficult.The high-rise student apartments not only can provide convenience for students living in school,but also bring more requirements to school fire management.However,most colleges still take the traditional ways of manual investigation and analysis to manage the fire risk of student apartment,lacking intelligent and scientific ways of decision-making.The purpose of this study is to solve some of the problems which exist in current management of high-rise student apartments.Taking programming and visualization of fire risk assessment,efficient and dynamic emergency rescue as the starting point,based on the analysis of the previous researches,conducting further study of the theoretical model of fire risk assessment and emergency evacuation method,developing a GIS system which is suitable for the fire management for high-rise student apartments.Firstly,summing up the 25 two-level fire risk assessment indicators,and in accordance with the rules of classification,establishing a arrangement system of fire risk evaluation of high-rise student apartment,then taking the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model to the study,and using the method of Delphi to determine the weight of index,finally,realizing fire risk assessment of high-rise student apartments.Secondly,optimizing the method of Dijkstra algorithm,finding the optimal path between two points according to different road conditions,changing the static calculation characteristics of traditional Dijkstra algorithm.Adding the factors of wind,fire angle and buffer radius to the buffer analysis model,changing the single traditional analysis mode of point analysis.Again,through comparative analysis,choosing Microsoft Visual Studio 2012,SQL Server 2005 and SuperMap Objects,completing the development of the electronic map operation,fire risk assessment,fire emergency rescue and system management by C#,and selecting the SDX For SQL Server as the database engine.Finally,taking Anhui University Of Science And Technology as an example of system integration,based on the graduate students apartment in the campus,realizing the testing of reliability and function of the system.The result shows that the design of the system can achieve the functions which have been expected,including the function of basic map operation,fire risk assessment,visualization of fire risk results,fire location,fire spread analysis,evacuation route planning,the search of nearest fire station and the best route of fire police.In a word,it can meet the daily needs of fire management of high-rise student apartments for school fire management department.
