Classroom management ability of primary school teachers is the essential condition to achieve the education teaching objective and the goal of curriculum reform.In recent years,with the continuous reform of the new curriculum standards in our country,the teachers'classroom management ability has become the main content in the teaching theory.Effective classroom management ability plays a huge promotion role in enhancing the teaching effect and achieving the teaching objective.On the contrary,if primary school teachers have no effective classroom management ability,it will affect the classroom teaching quality and has a negative and passive influence on realizing the teaching objective.In this thesis,primary school teachers' classroom management ability is taken as the research object,and the front-line primary school teachers in a primary school of our city are selected as the investigation object through literature consultation,questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method.To reveal the classroom management ability level of teachers of different genders,grades,teaching experience,professional titles and educational background in this school and relationship between factors of various dimensions and the classroom management ability.The research comes to the conclusion as below:1.Classroom management philosophy and teaching time management level are good on the whole,most of the teachers can control their emotion and make their adjustment on their own,holding the opinion that effective classroom management plays an important role in teaching.2.There is a significant difference between male and female teachers in classroom management concept,teaching time management ability and student management ability.3.Significant difference exists in the classroom management concept between middle grade primary school teachers and high one,and there is no significant difference in other dimensions among grades.4.Primary school teachers' student management ability and teaching time management ability vary with different education backgrounds.5.Teachers'classroom concept management,teaching time management,student management and teaching content management vary with different professional titles.6.For classroom concept management and student management ability,the longer the teaching age is,the better the management is.7.There is a positive relationship between various dimensions of the classroom management ability of primary school teachers and the classroom management ability while the correlation is quite strong.
