Under the background of quality education,the teacher combines multiple identities,both to elaborate design teaching,teach students the scientific and cultural knowledge,but also both classroom management,guidance and education students form a good moral character and behavior,to make the students become the art of morality,intelligence and physique full scale development of talents.Classroom management includes many aspects,is one of the important aspects of classroom management and classroom management is teachers achieve the teaching goal,shaping the behavior of students.At the same time,the effect of teachers' classroom management way and affects the normal teaching activities,the students' learning effects and the physical and mental health development.In the real classroom,there are a lot of difficult to expect the unexpected,so,classroom management is a complex work,and primary school students lively and active age feature makes the teacher's classroom management.Teachers to improve classroom discipline brooding,keep trying,but classroom discipline problems is still one of the most difficult problem in the general teachers,and even more so for inexperienced student teacher.This study summarizes the study of classroom discipline management both at home and abroad,the study of classroom discipline management is quite rich,but for primary school student teacher classroom discipline management research is relatively poor.The author through the internship in the primary school,according to their own feelings as well as to the other student teacher interviews,found in the elementary school intern teacher in the classroom teaching is facing many problems,one of the most difficult to classroom discipline problems,student teacher in the classroom discipline management inexperience,improper strategy,classroom discipline behavior,will affect students' good behavior habits and student teacher's professional development.So choose internship phase of the primary school teachers as the research object,to investigate primary school student teacher classroom discipline management,understand the present situation of the elementary school intern teacher classroom discipline management,summarizes the problems and analyzes the reasons behind,and based on this,advances the elementary school intern teacher's classroom management strategies.This study used literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and case analysis,the three cities in Hebei province more than 10 primary schools in student teacher as the research object,which is divided into five parts.The introduction part presented in this paper selected topic reason,the significance and the purpose of this study,etc.,and the study of classroom discipline management at home and abroad were reviewed and the comb;The second part is the analysis of the situation,according to the survey results,first of elementary school student teacher classroom discipline management overview,the overall status of the second to different degree,different subjects and different grade of primary school student teacher classroom discipline management,comparing the difference again according to the survey of seven dimensions,in detail,from the various dimensions of elementary school student teacher classroom discipline management present situation have a more profound understanding;The third part is to summarize problems and the reasons,according to the present situation of the elementary school intern teacher classroom discipline management,further summarizes the elementary school classroom discipline and student teacher classroom management problems and the reasons behind;The fourth and the fifth part is put forward the strategy,the fourth part from the cognitive level,put forward the elementary student teacher classroom discipline management cognitive correction advice;The fifth part from the practical level,and connecting with the concrete case puts forward the practical strategy of classroom discipline management.
