Along with the progress and development of society,the demand of teacher's qualification has become increasingly urged.As the important parts of the kindergarten,young teachers have great plasticity,enthusiasm and energy.They have the ability to understand and accept new things,and their professional development plays a very important role in the development of infant education.They are the reserve forces and executives to promote the fast and stable development of the kindergarten.This paper selects 186 young teachers of Tianjin kindergartens as the research objects,using questionnaires and interview as the main research methods,in order to understand the current situation of professional development of young teachers in kindergartens.The researcher identifies and analyzises the problems,putting forward the corresponding suggestions for the professional development of young teachers of kindergartens according to the actual situation.The results of this study are as follows:(1)the overall level of young teachers of kindergartens in Tianjin is high.The average scores of the four aspects of professional identity are from high to low:professional behavior tendency,professional sense of belonging,professional values and role values.(2)The level of professional identity is significantly different between age,seniority,educati on,career preparation,professional title,area and the nature of the kindergarten.(3)The influence factors of the professional identity of young teachers of kindergartens include:national policy,system management and so on.Based on the survey data and results,this paper proposes some suggestions on improving the professional identity of young teachers of kindergartens in Tianjin.First is to correct understanding of self role,in order to alleviate job burnout.Second is to improve the systematic management,so that the young teachers in kindergartens can enjoy the benefits of government support.Third is to establish social supporting environment and narrow the develop gap.
