Teachers' professional identity refers to the positive cognitive evaluation,emotional experience and action tendency of teacher's individual to teacher's profession and internalized teacher's role.In this study,311 new teachers from 20 different kindergartens in V province are the subjects,the questionnaire and interviews are the tools,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Kindergarten new teachers have a moderate level of professional identity;(2)Male new teachers are lower than female new teachers in professional sense of belonging;(3)31-35 year-old teachers have significantly higher professional identity than 26-30 year-old teachers in teachers' professional behavior tendency dimension;(4)Those teachers who majored in preschool education at university have higher professional identity than the others in belonging of teachers;(5)The professional identity level of care classes is significantly higher than the senior classes teachers and it's no difference professional identity between the other classes' teachers;(6)they have the same score in different terms of monthly income,public or private kindergartens and the location of kindergartens,they are not the main factors that affect professional identity of new teachers in kindergarten.Therefore,the researcher has made recommendations from three levels that include the government macro-control,the kindergarten administration and the new teacher.
