Academic self efficacy,achievement goal and achievement motivation are important research questions in field of psychological motivation,and these are also important non-intellectual factors affecting individual.The study carried out the questionnaire survey of 318 students in a certain secondary vocational middle school of Tianjin.We analyzed the differences from four aspects,such as grade,specialty subject,sex and one-child case.We reached the following conclusions:(1)There was no significant difference in study ability self-efficacy,study behavior self-efficacy and academic self efficacy between grade one and grade two.There was no significant difference in master goal orientation and performance behavior orientation between grade one and grade two.There was no significant difference in motivation of pursing success and motivation of avoiding failure between grade one and grade two.(2)There was significant difference between study ability self-efficacy and academic self efficacy in accounting specialty,business specialty,electric specialty and computer specialty.There was no significant difference in study behavior self-efficacy in accounting specialty,business specialty,electric specialty and computer specialty.There was no significant difference between master goal orientation and performance goal orientation in accounting specialty,business specialty,electric specialty and computer specialty.There was no significant difference between motivation of pursing success and motivation of avoiding failure.(3)There was no significant gender difference in study ability self-efficacy,study behavior self-efficacy and academic self efficacy.There was no significant gender difference in master goal orientation and performance behavior orientation.There was no significant gender difference in motivation of pursing success and motivation of avoiding failure.(4)There was no significant one-child difference in study ability self-efficacy,study behavior self-efficacy and academic self efficacy.There was no significant one-child difference in master goal orientation and performance behavior orientation.There was no significant one-child difference in motivation of pursing success and motivation of avoiding failure.(5)Academic self efficacy,achievement goal and achievement motivation had significant positive correlation.(6)Master goal orientation,study ability self-efficacy,study behavior self-efficacy and performance behavior orientation had significant prediction effect on motivation of pursing success.Performance behavior orientation,study ability self-efficacy and study behavior self-efficacy had significant prediction effect on motivation of avoiding failure.
