The Relationship Between Secondary Vocational School Generation And Goal,Achievement Motivation And Responsibility

Responsibility is an important personality trait,which plays an important role in the development of individual,collective,society and country.Achievement goal is an important factor to stimulate achievement motivation.Previous studies have focused on the impact of achievement goals on responsibility,achievement motivation on responsibility and achievement goals on achievement motivation.The study mainly discusses the effect of achievement motivation as a regulating variable on achievement goal and responsibility.The reliability and validity of the self-designed responsibility questionnaire for secondary vocational school students are good.In 2006,it provided convenience for the study of the responsibility of secondary vocational students in the future.The research adopts the method of interview and questionnaire to investigate the students of five secondary vocational schools in Tianjin.The results show that the target orientation of secondary vocational school generation is not clear,the achievement motivation is strong,and the level of responsibility is general;Achievement goal is related to responsibility;achievement motivation is positively related to responsibility;achievement goal has significant correlation with achievement motivation;motivation to avoid failure plays a regulating role in the relationship between achievement goal and responsibility.The teaching suggestions for the above results are as follows:The first point,teachers encourage students to participate in social practice activities and collective activities organized by schools in order to improve students' social responsibility and general responsibility.Join the psychological test and career guidance class to help students improve their sense of responsibility.The second point,teachers help students set small performance goals to improve their sense of responsibility.
