Course occupies a core position in professional talent cultivation system.As a programmatic document of teacher's curriculum teaching,the curriculum standard guides teachers' classroom teaching.Therefore,to develop and perfect a scientific,reasonable and accurate curriculum standard is of great significance to teacher's teaching and talent training quality of the school.In the modern society,technology update cycle shortened rapidly,career change become the important characteristics of employment,the learners have to adapt to the changing society,then the cultivation of learners' comprehensive professional ability is imminently.Competence-based education's core ideology is the cultivation of "ability",emphasizes on the cultivation of learners' comprehensive vocational ability,and competence based curriculum standard undertake the task just right.Based on the humanism and sustainable development theory,this paper makes the study on the construction practice of competence-based curriculum standard,on the basis of practical investigation and research of competency-based curriculum standard,the writer puts forward some suggestions for its construction,and try to take "Tourism Marketing" course as an example,revises the competency-based curriculum standard.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the preface,introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and theoretical basis.The second part is the body,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses concept of the ability,competence-based education,curriculum standard system;The second chapter introduces the construction practice of competence-based curriculum standard both at home and abroad,and take tourism marketing course as an example,discusses the relationship between professional talent training and competence based curriculum standard of "tourism marketing" and the characteristics of the curriculum standard;The third chapter is based on the feedback and results of the practice of competency based tourism marketing curriculum standard,teases the effect and existing problems;The fourth chapter is the reflection aimed at the problems found in the practice of competency based tourist marketing curriculum standard,which includes both reflection to the competency-based curriculum standard itself,also includes the reflection to the specific problems in the practice.This paper's innovation lies in that is a practical level research of competence-based curriculum standard,through a semester in-depth research,provides a train of thought for competence-based curriculum standardformulation and implementation.
