A Study On Status And Countermeasures Of Graduate Students' Participate In Democratic Management In Universitis

With the higher education democratization process accelerating,the student also begin to pay close attention to their rights,and will be more and more attention in the aspect of participation in school management,this phenomenon has attracted the attention of a great universities,colleges and universities are paying more attention to students' rights,and gradually provide more ways for students to participate in the management.One of graduate students as members of the university,as part of the students,and to participate in the management of colleges and universities have a same while the relationship.But for graduate students,influenced by many factors involved in management,from the school for graduate students to participate in the management way,although the school offers graduate students must participate in the management way,but these ways are not perfect,can not meet the graduate students participate in the management of the enthusiasm.From the scope and content of the participation in management,graduate students participate in the management of the general is the basis of classification,sorting,etc,the graduate management rights scope is small,the scope of management content is small.In terms of school policy system,policy system is not very perfect,the lack of graduate students to participate in the management to provide the necessary basis.From graduate students themselves,the graduate student to participate in the management of interest degree is not high,its own rights consciousness,the consciousness is weak,this phenomenon causes the graduate students participate in the management of actual participation is not high,relatively also hindered the development of participate in the management of the democratization process,also undermines the development of democratization construction of colleges and universities.In order to promote graduate student to participate in the management of colleges and universities,from the college and graduate students of these two aspects.Schools should perfect the policy system construction,improve the graduate students participate in the management mechanism,increasing the participation way,scope of participation,cultivating the graduate student's management ability so as to improve the quality of graduate student life and learning.From the perspective of graduate itself,to strengthen the consciousness of democracy,the transformation attitude,abundant professional knowledge,improve the management ability,reasonable planning time,etc.Therefore,by analyzing the case of BH university graduate in the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,analyzes the present situation of university graduate students to participate in the management,problems,causes and countermeasures.Hope that through this research for graduate students to participate in the management of colleges and universities.The body of the paper content is divided into four parts:The first part explores the theory basis of graduate students to participate in the democratic management in colleges and universities.According to law,political science,economics,management,psychology and pedagogy correlation theory and so on six subject can attest,graduate students should participate in the democratic management in colleges and universities.The second part analyzes the graduate student to participate in democratic management present situation and problems of colleges and universities.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of BH university graduate students,found that the school graduate students participate in the management of the following problems: graduate students participate in the management of interest degree is not high,graduate students participate in the management of the scope of narrow,graduate students participate in the management of the content of the simple,graduate students participate in the management way is less,the effect of the graduate students to participate in the management needs to improve.Through interviewing BH university and college a few professors learned that graduate students participate in the management was mainly affected by the following factors: participate in the management of affected by the collective thinking,and top-down management system,and in different groups,school administrators and students have different ideas,so the management have different opinions and ignored the demands of some students to participate in the management,and there are some defects in the quality and ability of graduate students management,graduate student democracy consciousness weak,graduate students lack of participate in the management of the enthusiasm.Based on the research of the current BH university policy,understand the provisions in the policy of the graduate student have the right,it is to put forward the solution to lay the foundation.The third part analyzes the influence of the main causes of graduate students to participate in the democratic management in colleges and universities.Reasons were divided into the influence of historical tradition influence factors,policies and regulations and graduate student's own factors influence three aspects.The fourth part of the graduate student to participate in the democratic management in colleges and universities countermeasures and Suggestions are given.From the two aspects of schools and students respectively.Including improve the existing management mechanism,the graduate students to participate in the management mechanism,increase opportunities,broaden the scope of management,reduce conflict and encourage participation in spare time,change of attitude,improve ability,reasonable planning,work seriously,and so on.
