| The development of the times continues to promote the process of democracy and the rule of law.In the context of society moving towards democracy and pursuing the rule of law,the concept of democracy and the rule of law of the education subject in my country has been continuously strengthened,and government departments have also continued to introduce new education policies.This trend is not only in line with the true wishes of all groups in society,but also in line with the inevitable requirements of the development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the modernization of the educational governance system and governance capabilities.Senior high school education is the educational level that links the previous and the next in the national education system of our country.The subjective willingness and actual participation opportunities of high school teachers to participate in school management can reflect the implementation of the current teachers’ democratic participation in school management rights in my country to a certain extent.In order to analyze the inherent relationship between the current high school teachers’ subjective willingness to participate in school management and actual participation opportunities,objectively reflect the implementation of the right of high school teachers to participate in management.This research is based on sorting out relevant national laws and regulations,policy texts and related documents.The author uses self-compiled questionnaires to select some high school teachers to conduct a sample survey,and try to study the current situation of participation management willingness and participation management opportunities from the perspective of individual teachers.Use the theory of social identity to understand the relationship between teachers’ willingness to participate in management and opportunities to participate in management.On the basis of summarizing the results of previous studies,the author has compiled two scales of high school teachers’ willingness to participate in management and high school teachers’ participation in management opportunities.On the basis of testing the reliability and validity of the scales,the electronic questionnaires were issued to the questionnaires and returned After sorting out,use SPSS 22.0 software to conduct statistical analysis on the survey results.After descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data,the regression model equation of this study is:Y=0.668X1-0.283X2+0.983(Among them,the dependent variable Y:overall participation opportunity;X1:administrative management willingness;X2:teaching management willingness).The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the personal characteristics of high school teachers such as gender,age,grade,professional title,and teaching age have a greater impact on the willingness and opportunity to participate in school management.Second,there is a significant correlation between the high school teachers’willingness to participate in various school affairs and the opportunities to participate in management.The stronger the teacher’s administrative management willingness or the weaker the teaching management willingness,the more opportunities for participation in management.Third,there is a significant gap between the opportunities for teachers to participate in management and the willingness of teachers to participate in management.The current opportunities for participation in management fail to meet the needs of teachers to participate in management.Using the social identity theory to explain the conclusions,the author proposes that high school teachers should participate in the implementation of management rights by uniting multiple subjects,acquiring identity,enriching management content,improving management quality,clarifying the division of powers and responsibilities,and achieving joint construction and governance.carry out.Only by doing so can we increase the opportunities for high school teachers to participate in school management,thereby building a scientific,democratic,and efficient high school governance system that meets the development requirements of the new era. |
