A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Chinese Teaching In Middle School In Seoul Under Collaborative Mode

Collaborative teaching is a teaching organization form in which two or more teachers take cooperative ways to jointly organize the teaching activities to the learners and complete the teaching tasks.South Korean middle school Chinese teaching commonly used collaborative teaching model,by the Chinese and Korean teachers entering the classroom to organize and complete the teaching.There are three basic modes of Chinese teaching in middle school in Seoul: 3:7 mode,7:3 mode,5:5 mode.The level of Chinese and Korean teachers is generally high,most of them are undergraduate and graduate students,and teaching experience is rich;teaching Chinese language level is mostly zero basis,before this has not learned Chinese.In the course of teaching practice,there are some problems in Chinese and Korean teaching,such as lack of communication in teaching preparation,improper teaching process,and lagging in teaching feedback.In view of the above problems of Chinese collaborative teaching,according to the teaching Chinese language level,teaching content and so on,with 3:7 and 7:3 two collaborative model of teaching examples to show the specific recommendations and suggestions to find out the appropriate cooperative teaching mode of local Chinese teaching.This requires Chinese and Korean Chinese teachers from the South Korean middle school teaching and the overall goal of Chinese teaching,the various aspects of Chinese teaching content arrangements for the following efforts: the teaching preparation phase of full communication,teaching coordination,teaching feedback stage timely and effective.Through the exploration of the problems in Chinese and Korean teaching practice and the countermeasures,in order to promote the development of Chinese teaching in Korean middle school in a certain extent.
