Teaching ability is an important index to evaluate teachers.The evaluation of teachers' teaching ability is an essential part of education.Correct,objective and fair evaluation of teachers' teaching ability to make a correct understanding of their own advantages and disadvantages,targeted improvement and enhance the teachers' teaching ability,strengthen the training and cultivation of teachers' teaching ability,promote the young teachers to carry out teaching activities,so as to improve the teaching ability of teachers,and strengthen the overall teachers' strength.All these provide the guarantee for the cultivation of healthy and all-round development talents.At present,the evaluation methods of teaching ability are artificial evaluation,which are three kinds of evaluation methods,peer evaluation,expert evaluation and student evaluation.These methods not only consume more manpower and material resources,but also have strong subjectivity,poor repeatability,long feedback cycle and so on.In some areas,the computer technology has been used to construct the information management platform of teaching ability evaluation.Therefore,under the guidance of the theory of developmental teacher evaluation,the theory of multiple intelligences and the theory of emotional dimension,This paper puts forward the evaluation method of teachers' teaching ability based on emotion,which includes the construction of the teaching ability evaluation system based on emotion,and the establishment of evaluation index system based on emotion.First of all,this paper summarizes the traditional teaching ability evaluation method,points out its shortcomings,and points out the advantages of using the machine to evaluate teachers' teaching ability.Secondly,the construction of teaching evaluation system based on emotion.The system uses the camera to obtain the picture information of teachers and students,and uses emotion computing technology to identify emotions,and then through computer processing,identification and analysis of emotional information,so as to achieve the effect of timely evaluation.Thirdly,on the basis of the original theory of emotional dimensions,this paper establishs the three-dimensional affective space model of teachers and the three-dimensional state space model,In this model,extracts the expression features which can express the teacher's emotion,and then quantify the teaching effect.Finally,the evaluation index system of teachers' teaching ability based on emotion is established.The traditional teachers' teaching ability evaluation index is converted into the evaluation index of teachers' teaching ability based on emotion,From the two aspects of teachers' emotion and students' emotion,with the teacher's emotional input,the students' affective feedback and the classroom test as the first level indicators,this paper puts forward a set of evaluation index of teaching ability based on emotion,which is applied to the middle school mathematics classroom,information technology classroom and English class to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the index system.The evaluation method of teachers' teaching ability based on emotion is proposed in this paper is a new exploration of comprehensive evaluation of teachers,with the continuous development of education evaluation theory,teacher evaluation method pays more attention to the teacher's emotion will get more attention.
