Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Orienteering Teaching Ability Of Primary And Secondary School Physical Education Teachers In Henan Province

With the continuous promotion,implementation and implementation of the national policy on Orienteering in primary and secondary schools,the campus orienteering is becoming more and more popular,and more and more attention has been paid by the education department.Orienteering,as a newly rising technical sports item in the basic physical education curriculum system of our country,meets the requirements of the basic physical education teaching reform in our country.In the process of orienteering teaching,the orienteering teaching ability of physical education teachers will directly affect or even determine the teaching quality of orienteering.However,on the popularization and promotion of Orienteering in Henan Province,it is found that the construction of Orienteering teachers in Henan Province is relatively backward.Due to various internal and external reasons,the teaching ability of Orienteering teachers in many primary and secondary schools is uneven and the level is different.At present,there are few research results on the teaching ability of orienteering.Therefore,combining the technical characteristics of orienteering and the actual situation of the development of Orienteering in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province,it is very important to construct the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of Orienteering for primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province,And can be more systematic in Henan Province to promote,popularize orienteering,in-depth teaching reform of basic education in our country also has vital theoretical and practical significance.The main research object of this study is the construction of the evaluation index system of orienteering teaching ability of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods,this paper studies the system construction of the teaching ability of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province.The results are as follows:1.By calculating the expert recognition,mean value,standard deviation,variation coefficient and coordination coefficient of each index in the evaluation system,the evaluation index system of orienteering teaching ability for primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province is determined,including three first-class indexes;10 secondary indicators;30 third level indicators.2.Based on the established evaluation index system of orienteering teaching ability of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province,AHP is used to construct pairwise judgment matrix for each level index in the evaluation system,and the weight coefficient is calculated respectively to clarify the weight coefficient and comprehensive weight of each index.At the same time,consistency test is carried out,The results show that the evaluation system is effective and valid.3.Through the analysis of the comprehensive weight of each index,determine the importance of teaching implementation ability for primary and secondary school physical education teachers to teach orienteering,especially the teaching technology ability of map,route and equipment is the key to distinguish other traditional sports teaching.4.According to the evaluation index system of orienteering teaching ability of primary and secondary school P.E.teachers in Henan Province,this paper designs the "evaluation scale of orienteering teaching ability of primary and secondary school P.E.teachers in Henan Province",which is easy to operate,to effectively and objectively evaluate the orienteering teaching ability of primary and secondary school P.E.teachers in Henan Province,So as to promote the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Henan Province to improve the professional quality of orienteering,improve the teaching ability of orienteering.
