According to incomplete statistics in 2010,the number of abandoned infants in our country is increasing by 100,000 each year compared with 5,000 in the 1980s and 50,000 in the 1990s.Faced with such a huge number of abandoned babies, the whereabouts of abandoned babies had to be dealt with properly. One of the solutions to the abandonment of infants is to rebuild the family and change "abandonment" to"treasure" so that abandoned babies can be given back to family warmth. In order for abandoned children to find suitable families, the government must evaluate the families applying for adoption and abandonment,so it is very important to adopt an evaluation institution, procedures and methods.Based on the case analysis of 25 family adoption assessment during the internship process, this study can draw the whole process and some general problems about the adoption assessment of ordinary families and special families and put forward some reference suggestions on these issues,Workers provide some help in carrying out adoption assessment. This article first briefly describes the development process and model of adoption assessment in our country. The development of our adoption assessment began in Shanghai in 2006,with pilot projects in the first five pilot areas in 2012 and the second 37 in 2014.The adoption of the assessment of adoption in our country is under continuous development and progress. The efforts of the past 10-plus years have laid a solid foundation for the future assessment of adoption in our country. At present, there are mainly three kinds of adoption assessment models adopted at home and abroad:the assessment model of social welfare agencies, the assessment model of adoption registration agencies and the evaluation model of professional social organizations. All three models have their own advantages and disadvantages.Through the comparison of the three models,it seems to me that the model of professional social organization evaluation is the most suitable mode for assessing the national conditions of our country.Secondly,we introduce the basic situation of the Ryan social worker team, which is the main body of the 25 cases of adoption. Then, according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and ecosystem theory in social work practice, the assessment process of ordinary adoptive families and special adoptive families is further analyzed, and finally the process of adoption assessment in different situations is concluded. The author will encounter some common problems in the adoption evaluation process, such as the lack of a strict adoption assessment and supervision mechanism, the long interval between the holding of special case expert seminars, and the emotional bias problems encountered by social workers during the assessment process. In real life, there is a lack of return visits, and the adopter does not cooperate with work issues.Through these universal issues, the reasons for these problems are found, mainly due to the incompleteness of the adoption assessment system and the low level of public recognition of social workers.Faced with social workers in the process of adoption assessment problems, this article mainly for the reasons, one by one correspondence, and thus propose solutions. In terms of specific solutions, the author came to some practical suggestions by referring to relevant materials, asking for internship supervision, drawing on the successful experience of other regions, and then combining with the actual situation in the process of adoption assessment. The main suggestions include:improving the adoption evaluation system, raising the general public's acceptance of social workers, strengthening the construction of contingent of social workers, raising the specialization of social worker's assessment of adoption, and increasing the return visit of adoption assessment.Hopefully, these suggestions will have meager contributions to the adoption assessment.
