Approach-to-learning is the basic quality which is formed and developed in early childhood and is closely related to the learning activities.Approach-to-learning includes five aspects: curiosity and interest,initiative,concentration,persistence,imagination and creativity.Good approach-to-learning has an immeasurable impact on the growth and development of children.At present,approach-to-learning has become the focus of education research and preschool education workers.The early childhood stage is the key period for the cultivation of approach-to-learning.Effective intervention strategies during this period can significantly improve the approach-to-learning of children and they will have a positive impact on children's academic achievement.Through one and a half year-long research,this study is based on the thirty-eight kids in a senior kindergarten in Wuhan.During the experiment,combined with the observation results of the "Children's Approach-to-learning Assessment Form" and the interviews with the kindergarten teachers and parents,as well as my participation in the theme game guide and the feedback of the children after the game,this paper comprehended the status of children's approach-to-learning in this kindergarten and carried out the comparative research experiments on the children's approach-to-learning level before and after the game,so as to get the promotion strategy of children's approach-to-learning.In the theme game,we summarized some effective training strategies through the action research method: first,to establish a close relationship between teachers and children;second,to promote the process of activities slowly;third,to enhance children's self-management ability;fourth,to share "learning story" with the children;fifth,to create a learning community.These training strategies will have an important impact on the improvement of children's approach-to-learning.
