In the deepening education reform,the concepts of lifelong education and quality education are deeply rooted in people's minds,and people are paying more and more attention to preschool education.The "Guide for Children and Development of 3-6 Years Old" issued by China points out the direction for the development of China's preschool education.The acquired "learning approach" has become a hotspot of educational research in the new era.The preschool stage is a key period for cultivating children's learning approach.Role games have the characteristics of diverse themes,autonomy,and sociality,which are conducive to the cultivation of learning approach,and have unique value for the cultivation of children's learning approach.Therefore,this study uses role games as a link to cultivate children's learning approach.The research mainly includes three parts:The first part is mainly about the concept.The research mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of kindergarten role games,the concept,characteristics and value of children's learning approach,and also clarifies the unique significance and value of kindergarten role games for cultivating children's learning approach.In this study,learning approach refers to various qualities closely related to learning,and is a comprehensive quality across fields.It mainly includes the five dimensions of curiosity and interest,initiative,persistence and focus,imagination and creation,reflection and interpretation.The five dimensions have irreplaceable value for children's subsequent learning and long-term development.Good learning approach can ensure the quality of children's learning and development.The second part studies the status,problems and causes of children's learning approach cultivation in kindergarten role games.First,this study conducted a semi-structured interview with teachers to understand teachers 'understanding of the concept,content and significance of children 's development,and to analyze the problems of teachers' learning approach training in role games.Including the cultivation of children's learning approach in role games is neglected;insufficient preparation before role games,children lack interest in games;teachers lack guidance on role games,children's persistence and concentration are not guaranteed;evaluation of role games is not conducive to children's reflection on game behavior.Second,the study usedthe "Learning Approach Field Survey Scale" compiled by the research group of "Guide for Children and Development of 3-6 Years Old".The scale has good reliability and validity.Through this scale,teachers are instructed to score children's behavioral performance,and statistical analysis of the obtained data with SPSS reveals that there is a significant age difference in learning approach.Third,this study explores the specific performance of young children's learning approach in role games and the problems in their cultivation through observation of actual role games.Through observation and recording,the study found that there are certain gender differences in learning approach.Fourth,from the perspective of teachers,traditional values of social education,etc.,analyze the reasons for the problem of children's learning approach cultivation in kindergarten role games.The third part puts forward the strategies for cultivating children's learning approach in role games,including: teachers strengthen theoretical knowledge learning,understand deeper of learning qualities and role games;make full game preparations,stimulate children's curiosity and interest;maintain loose mental environment,improve children's initiative in participating in games;improve teachers' scientific guidance ability,protect children's persistence and concentration in games;enrich children's knowledge and experience,encourage children's imagination and creation;value game evaluation,improve children's awareness and ability of reflection and interpretation.
