In recent years,our country implemented the compulsory education policy support,foundation education cause in our country,especially in the countryside junior middle school education has obtained the vigorous development of good posture.However,with the development of society and the development of the times,people's demands for education are getting higher and higher.To a certain extent,the demand for education is actually a requirement for teachers.Teachers are the direct impact of students' learning,throughout our teachers,in the vast rural junior high school,the number of female teachers accounted for the absolute advantage.Education is to cultivate the comprehensive development of the fundamental goal of the human nature of the industry,the gender imbalance in the structure of the problem of training the full development of the people have no impact,what impact?.These questions inspire us.Therefore,researchers tried through extensive and in-depth research,found that the status quo of gender structure of teachers,to explore the influence of teachers' gender imbalance on the comprehensive development of the cause,the impact of these social reasons and so on.Combined with the actual,put forward some rationalization improvement measures,in order to correctly guide the citizen society of male teachers occupation choice,balanced sex ratio,to meet the diverse needs of the education of the whole society,to meet the demand of people's comprehensive development.In this study,questionnaire survey,interview,literature analysis and other methods were used to study the 2 rural middle schools,and combined with the other 10 junior middle schools in the county.Comprehensive use of educational sociology,educational psychology,feminism and other related theories to analyze the problem.It is found that female teachers have an important influence on the education of junior high school students in the critical period of development,and whether it is possible to improve the influence of education through the introduction of male teachers and promote the sound development of education.The thesis consists of 5 parts:The first part:introduction,this part mainly introduces the research purpose,significance,methods,the overall idea and value orientation.The second part:analysis of the current situation of gender imbalance in China's rural junior high school teachers and the people's concerns about this situation.The third part:the use of questionnaires,interviews and other ways to explore the gender imbalance in rural junior high school teachers have an impact on the overall development of people,what are the impact of the extent of how.So as to find out the value of research.The fourth part:from the perspective of Sociology of education to analyze the reasons for the formation of gender imbalance in the ranks of teachers.The fifth part:the countermeasure suggestion and the reconsidering research,in view of the reason of formation,puts forward some reasonable countermeasures.Reflection on the problems in education,guiding the gender structure of teachers to balance,in order to meet the needs of people's comprehensive quality education.
