Realistic Puzzlement And Countermeasures Of Scientific Research Of People Educating In Universities

Since the scientific research function has been formally introduced into the university,the world famous universities generally regard scientific research and knowledge innovation as the center of work.In order to promote scientific research and construction,universities have introduced scientific and technological personnel,set up a platform for scientific and technological exchanges,create research and innovation team,introduce scientific research incentives policy and grant funds.At the same time,scientific research as a systematic and creative work,university research bear the vast majority of research projects,the amount of scientific papers published,project funding and scientific and technological awards.It was placed worldwide attention and prospection.However,with the increasing attention of scientific research,university science and technology rose swiftly to prominence,and drifted away with talents cultivating.It never hurts if scientific research do not cultivate people.In this context,it is urgent to study the scientific research educating people.First of all,to improve and enrich the theory of higher education function,to promote the development of higher education disciplines,so that it will help to further clarify the controversy and problems in the existence university scientific research.Second,to guide and promote scientific research educate people,coordinate the knowledge exploration and personnel training in the scientific research,improve the quality of personnel cultivating,and promote the process of scientific research of people cultivating.Scientific research of people cultivating actually has a certain historical origins.The origin of the university provided the matrix for the breeding of scientific research in the university,but the scientific research of people educating was only the practice of individualization of teachers before the middle of the Middle Ages,the scale and system have not been shaped,it was not the so called scientific research.Renaissance period was the beginning of scientific research of people educating,for it was surfaced and officially reflected the educational function;nineteenth century to the Second World War before the development of scientific research and education and heyday;nineteenth century to the Second World War was the developing of scientific research of educating people;since the Second World War to date,with the scientific status of scientific research continues to improve,so has scientific research in university been valued,especially for scientific research output and the utilitarian pursuit of the scientific results,scientific research of people educating seems to drift away.Cultivating of scientific research is neglected,function of scientific research of educating is diluted,forgotten or even deviate.There is a infertility vicious cycle that universities and staff must conduct scientific research,but scientific research do not cultivating people.It is imperative to return the educational function of scientific research in universities.In addition,in January 2015,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work of Universities in the New Situation.On the basis of the original “Three kinds of People Educating”,the “Scientific research of educating” and “practice of educating” was added,form the “five kinds of educating” pattern.“Scientific research of educating people” for the first time officially appeared in the Central important guidance document on higher education,and personnel cultivating has always run through them.Under the new situation,it is of great significance to explore the construction mode of scientific research of educating,not only for the reform of universities but the perfection of higher education theory.This research is based on the issue of “Criteria for Scientific Research Quality Evaluation in Universities”.From the perspective of epistemology,socioeconomics,history and culture and try to provide a viable path for scientific research of educating people.In order to overcome the limitations of research direction and goal of scientific research of people educating,to enhance the depth of research content,to develop the system of scientific research of educating,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Whether scientific research has educational function,and what is scientific research of educating people?(2)How to realize scientific research of people educating,and how to respond to the Central call? In the structural arrangement,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,there are five parts: The first part derives research of people educating from of the origin and evolution of university,university research and university research of educating,and studies the development and change of scientific research in the Renaissance,nineteenth century to World War II and after World War II these three typical period respectively.The second part analyzes the status quo of scientific research of people educating,including the forgetting,dilution and separation of the function of scientific research of people educating.The third part puts forward the important significance of constructing scientific research of people educating system,and call for the return of educational function of scientific research,then study the importance and necessity of scientific research of people educating through SPSS data analysis.The fourth part explores the mechanism of scientific research of people educating,using the positive impact on scientific research process,scientific research methods and achievements from scientific research as the feasible guidance of scientific research of people educating.The fifth part draws on the excellent experience of the university in Germany,and makes suggestions on the future development of scientific research of educating people in university and puts forward some suggestions according to the research conclusion,such as improve the institutional mechanism of scientific research of people educating,create a policy environment for scientific research of people educating,construct the evaluation system of scientific research of people educating,and give full play to the subjective initiative of the students.
