A Study On Wilhelm Von Humboldt’s Idea And Practices Of Scientific Research In University

William von Humboldt(Wilhelm von Humboldt), a famous Germany linguist, education reformer, conformed to the demands of times and upholding the advanced idea for the creation of Berlin University in his office of being German Culture and Education Department director, which made Germany university become the world first-class university. As the father of the modern university, the university ideas of Wilhelm von Humboldt has contribute to the glory of Germany, and become a golden key to modernize the other universities in the world. The university ideas of Humboldt permeate all aspects of the university in German, until now, the “science without authority”,“science freedom” is still a German university to the principles of modern competition, continue to write scientific myths of the divine comedy.I based on the view of scientific research of Humboldt, started from the university ideas of Humboldt, then seek the revelations for reformation of China university. Based on the main line, my writing thoughts are as follows:This article is divided into two parts of the introduction, main test.The introduction: I mainly introduce the reason to selected this topic,the current research of domestic and foreign countries as well as the concept which related to my article. From the domestic and foreign research situation we can be find that the scholars from Humboldt idea,taking Berlin University as the object, focuses on the positive role of the Humboldt idea which contribute to the development in Germany and thepositive effect on construction of University develop for his countries.The scholars of our country is trying to find a beneficial for our university development inspiration. This thesis is based on the extension of concept Humboldt university, and dig out the concept of university scientific research.The first chapter: because the Humboldt University research view directly from the idea of his university idea, the first part of this paper introduces the formation of the concept of the historical background of Humboldt university. This part is divided into two sections, namely, the birth of the concept of the social background and ideological foundation.I based on Peter berg’s "William von Humboldt", summarized his life experiences, then introduce the contemporary environment and the educational trend.The second chapter: the Humboldt University concept is the source,the view of scientific research is the flow, so the second chapter is divided into three sections to introduce the concept of Humboldt university idea.The third chapter: the third chapter is the core part of this thesis, I illustrate the concept of university research of Humboldt from the view of science, the power of scientific research in modern university, the relationship of teaching and scientific research, and the independence of scientific research.The fourth chapter: the forth chapter is an important part of this thesis, I illustrate my point of Humboldt’s scientific research concept in two parts, namely, the practice in Germany university and the improvement in American university. Learn other people’s strengths is to improve ourselves. So the last section intends to analyze the influence ofthe concept of scientific research idea of Humboldt upon the college principles in our country and give some suggestions on the utilitarian, the freedom of scientific research, the relationship of teaching and researching in our universities.
