| At present,China has entered the late period of massification.The practice of massification of higher education in the United States and Japan shows that in the late period of massification,the enrollment of non-traditional adult students continued to grow,and their growth rate even exceeded the traditional characteristics of traditional students and many students,and showed some characteristics of lifelong learning.So,China’s higher education entrance form also began to appear similar changes? To carry out research on this,for targeted to take corresponding countermeasures,the smooth realization of the post-massification of the change,with reference significance.Based on this,the post-massification of our country are studied with the local colleges as the research object.On the basis of combing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper investigates the present situation of the local colleges entrance form in the late period of massification by the questionnaire survey,and then analyzes the characterization and causes of the local colleges entrance form.It explores the evolution and optimization strategies of entrance form in the process of massification of the United States and Japan,and obtains important revelation,Which puts forward the optimization measures of the local colleges entrance form in China.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the survey results show that the local colleges have begun to appear new characterization,but the "vertical extension" is still difficult to "horizontal expansion" to compete: one is that the schooling object is expanding,but amateur adult students increase slowly;Second,although the age of school is extended,but the full-time school students have little change in school age;Third,the school type is increasingly rich,but still emphasizes the continuity of school;Fourth,although the purpose of school gradually diverse,but the tendency to pursue education has not changed significantly.Secondly,the causes of the existing entrance form: First,the lack of flexibility in the management system of student status;Second,the rigid model of human resources management system;Third,full-time higher education and spare-time education between higher education did not establish a channel;Fourth,the adult enrollment system and social development trends are not suited;Fifth,lifelong learning concept has not really deeply rooted.These factors are not conducive to the existence of higher education qualitative change "vertical extension" entrance form of expansion.Thirdly,the United States and Japan in the evolution process of massification of the entrance form of optimization process and strategy for China has five revelations: First,focus on the study of lifelong learning;Second,the addition of open higher education institutions and facilities;Third,non-traditional students to provide a variety of convenience;Fourth,the establishment of different levels of higher education institutions overpass;Fifth,the implementation of a flexible student status management system.Fourthly,in view of the above characterization and causes,the late period of massification of local colleges to expand the "vertical extension",to promote the basic form of entrance form.First,to strengthen the adaptability of the teaching management system;Second,the implementation of loose adult higher education enrollment system;Third,at different levels,types of higher education to establish a formal channel between;Fourth,earnestly establish lifelong learning concepts. |
