As an important part of higher education,the important task of higher vocational education is to train a group of high-quality applied talents.Therefore,to speed up the development of higher occupation education,to continue to play a huge advantage in human resources China at this stage,and then serve the real economy,the real economy to meet the demand of talents,promote the rapid development of China's economy and society,it is of great significance.In the past twenty or thirty years,China's Higher Vocational and technical education has made remarkable progress.As a form of cooperation that can help enterprises to achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation,school enterprise cooperation personnel training model has been fully recognized by the theoretical community and the positive response of the business community,colleges and universities.However,on the whole,the scale and effectiveness of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the field of cooperation is limited,hot school cold phenomenon is in urgent need of change,the overall quality of a lot of room for improvement.The research contents and framework of this paper are as follows:In this study,this paper respectively on the part of enterprises,higher vocational colleges and higher vocational college students are offline or online random sampling survey,and the combination of several focus interviews,summarize the activities of the present situation of school enterprise cooperation in personnel training,training of all aspects of the problem are the activities of school enterprise cooperation in personnel,and according to the actual survey results to investigate the reasons hindering educational activities,further development of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.On the whole,the researchers in accordance with the basic idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems,mainly through the following parts of the structure of the study:The first part is the introduction,the main contents include the research topic source,research background,the purpose and significance of the study,school enterprise cooperation training mode about the concept and connotation,school enterprise cooperation training mode of school enterprise cooperation theory origin,the domestic and foreign research status etc..The second part is the research method and the design of the research.The research method is mainly divided into the literature research method,survey method,case analysis method and comparative research method;investigation design part mainly introduces the purpose of the survey,the survey and the survey instruments and survey form and implementation of four parts.The third part of the main content of the current domestic and foreign higher vocational colleges and universities the basic mode of cooperation between enterprises and personnel training.The fourth part is about the current situation and problems of Higher Vocational Colleges and universities.According to the different parts of the domestic part of the higher occupation colleges and results in different areas and different types of enterprises,summarize and describe the present situation and problems of higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents in school enterprise cooperation.The fifth part is the analysis of the causes of the plight of the school enterprise cooperation training mode in Higher Vocational colleges.Specifically,first of all,a detailed explanation for problems in all aspects of the education of school enterprise cooperation activities in enterprises,schools and government;then,according to the practical problems in the cooperation with relevant partners there,thinking about the cause of the problem,and detailed summary,for example:in the school enterprise cooperation education still,holding the ingrained traditional and backward ideas;cooperation cost sharing is not balanced;the lack of institutional and legal protection are guaranteed and binding on the parties;the overall comprehensive vocational college students' quality education and skill levels are low,the effect is not good.The sixth part is the suggestions and Countermeasures of China's vocational school enterprise cooperation training:detail from universities,enterprises,government and industry organizations in four aspects,and respectively from two angles of universities and enterprises of the two outstanding cases analysis.The key in cooperation mechanism,cooperation and cooperation process,standardization and security,cooperation cost and distribution rights for training related aspects of school enterprise cooperation in personnel teaching activities in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country in the aspects of improvement strategies,and the training mode of the source to improve the overall quality of teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country from the talent.Two excellent cases of cooperation are Beijing new energy automobile Limited by Share Ltd and the Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,with the research data as the basis for the detailed activities of the culture of school enterprise cooperation talents,in order to make the results of this study have a positive practical reference value.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.Including the basic summary of this study,as well as the prospects for the future development of school enterprise cooperation.
