The Study On Social Work How To Promote The Participation Of The Elderly Groups In Community Affairs

Social governance innovation as a topic of great concern to the society and government in recent years,the reach on it is discussed mainly from the social participation as the core,agreed to break the national single governance situation,with democracy,participation,limited government form to create a social governance by a mode of society governance.Change from traditional "management"to "governance",the main participants including different part which the government,neighborhood committees,family,community and social organization,as the main governance participation in social governance,governance should start from public life,start from the community,as the new path of social governance innovation in recent years,multi-stakeholder involvement governance is recognized by more and more people and organizations in research and practice,the core of governance lies in the multi-stakeholder diversification of main governance,is to foster community strength and training community social workers,this study focus on community promotion,cultivation and ability at the same,along with the aging of our country deepened.The elderly groups in the community also occupy an increasing proportion,how to promote the elderly in urban communities to participate in community affairs,for the training of community power to this important day in participatory governance.Under the background of governance procurement,this paper attempts to study how social work in specific circumstances of early adoption of questionnaire and interview methods to collect information and inspect the elderly to participation in community affairs,from analysis of all kind of information on the elderly community participation types,contents,ways and levels,the elderly to participation in community affairs show more female than male.At the same time,men are involved in play a more important role in participation;according to different age levels exists in the characteristics;participation in elderly residents are a serious of rules and characteristics of hierarchical classification based on this,formulate action plan and action plan feasible of.Finally,it can be concluded that the social work can help the elderly to participate in community affairs,which can be concluded as a local practice mode:the organization participation and the project operation.
