In recent years,community governance has become a key part of social governance.However,the range and degree of female participation in the community affect the overall participation level of residents and the effectiveness of community governance.Migrant women are not only participants in community governance but also beneficiaries of community construction.In this paper,10 floating women in S community were taken as research objects,and relevant information was collected by questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and observation.It is found that these 10 migrant women have practical problems such as lack of sense of participation,lack of community knowledge and lack of community interaction ability.At the same time,it is understood that they have the needs of self-efficacy enhancement,community knowledge expansion and community interaction ability cultivation.In order to solve these problems and needs,the author focuses on the guidance of empowerment theory and social learning theory.Using the method of group work,10 migrant women were formed into a practice group for capacity improvement to intervene in the dilemma of community participation in capacity improvement.Through the active development of group activities,the awareness of community participation of the 10 migrant women was obviously enhanced,their mastery of community knowledge was improved,and their ability to communicate with the community was improved.However,how to extend this effect to more migrant women groups is worth thinking and paying attention to.The author believes that establishing friendly and mutual assistance relationship among community women groups,enhancing women’s self-development ability and strengthening the management of community social organizations are conducive to improving the ability of migrant women to participate in the community.
