Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Socialist Legal Education

With the development of China's socialist economy,the supporting political system is becoming more and more perfect,and the construction process of the socialist country under the rule of law is accelerating.College students' literacy under the rule of law and the contradiction between social demand growing,in order to strengthen college students' the socialist rule of law education work,guide students to enter society,strengthening socialist legal system and legal culture of our country's confidence,must further strengthen and improve college students' the socialist rule of law education research.In this study,based on the strategy of governing the country according to law has made significant achievements of the macro background,from the college students' socialist concept of rule of law education and theoretical support,this paper deeply analyzes the current status of the rule of law education of college students,find out the real problems of the students in the process of the rule of law education,and puts forward the basic route of improving the efficiency of college students' the socialist rule of law education.Articles in the literature retrieval and analysis,questionnaire survey method,summarized the total legal,on the basis of comparative research and system analysis method,mainly from four parts to research work of college students' education of law.The first part is the interpretation of the relevant concepts of the socialist rule of law education and its theoretical basis.Interpreted in this paper,main concepts,including "the rule of law","the socialist rule of law","the rule of law and the rule of law",etc.,to distinguish between college students' the socialist rule of law relevant confusing concepts of education,and this paper expounds the theoretical basis of college students' socialism,including Marx's thoughts,the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the rule of law thought and education thought,etc.The second part is to explore the cultivation goal and content of the social ist rule of law education.The third part is to explore the current situation of the socialist rule of law education.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,the author finds out the achievements and the existential dilemma of the social ism rule of law education.The fourth part mainly tentatively puts forward how to strengthen college students the basic path of the socialist rule of law education,from the undergraduate education of law subject subjective initiative into full play,expand education mode,give full play to the role of new media,and create a good environment for the society of the rule of law and family environment and other aspects,in order to improve college students' concept of the rule of law and legal consciousness,make the college students to strengthen the legal faith,set up the build socialism country under the rule of law ideal faith,the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
