A Study On The Cultivation Of Middle School Students' Legal Awareness In The View Of Ruling By Law

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party discussed and adopted the Decision on Several Important Issues Concerning the Further Advance of the Administration of the People's Republic of China.This decision can be said to lead the people of all nationalities to comprehensively promote the rule of law,speed up the legal system of China and make a landmark strategic decision in the form of the highest political documents of the ruling party,at the first time since the establishment of the CPC.The adoption and implementation of the "decision" marked the great changes in the ruling ideology and governance of the ruling party under the new situation,and developed a new height on the governing the country and governing the party by law.The adoption and implementation of this Decision also means that China's "five in one" construction and comprehensive deepening of the reforming have entered a new stage of legalization.Under the conditions of market economy,the development of country depends on the development of the law and the mighty a country depends on the mighty of the law.At present,China is in the comprehensive and deepening start of the reforming and start a new historical position,facing the challenges of dual transformation of economic and social problems,having many complex contradictions and more government difficulty.Whether it is to solve the problems,resolve contradictions,cohesion consensus,or stimulate power,promote harmony and promote development,only more conscious use of the legal system that embodies the essence of modern governance thinking and way,using the legal system to seek institutionalized solution.We can chew the hard bones one by one under the hardened period of reforming,jumping the deep water area of the adjustment on the interests of the pattern,making the system more mature,more stereotypes,promoting social justice and justice,maintaining social harmony and stability,protecting the people live and work in peace,promoting comprehensive reform achieving long-term national stability.The historical responsibility to promote the process of national legal system will undoubtedly fall on the middle school students who are the socialism builders and successors in the future.Therefore,how to enhance the legal awareness of middle school students,improve the legal concept of them,and gradually improve their quality of the rule of law will become an important issue in the cultivation of legal system of middle school students.In this paper,the author takes Puyang County as an example to try to explore the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of the cultivation of legal consciousness of middle school students in the view of ruling the country according to law.In this paper,the author studied the close relationship between the rule of the law and the legal consciousness of middle school students,clarified the conception of legal consciousness of middle school students and cultivated some related concepts under the premise of deepening the study and analysis of the cultivation of legal consciousness of middle school students at home and abroad.Based on the scientific nature of academic research,this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of legal awareness of middle school students in Puyang county using interview exchange method and questionnaire survey method.And then found the deep causes from the political and economic system,the negative impact of social environment,the negative impact of the educational environment.On the basis of deepening the research and comprehensively grasping the positive experiences and deficiencies of the legal consciousness at home and abroad,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the legal consciousness of middle school students in combination with the current situation of legal education in Puyang county.There are three main aspects of the countermeasures: first,the government level: improving the training system;second,the social level: the purification of social environment;third,education level: optimizing the educational environment.I hope that it can give some advice on enhancing the middle school students' overall level of legal in the Puyang County and the whole country through this article.
