As long as a country needs to cultivate people,promoting the diversified development of people,it cannot forget about the culture.The curriculum as a core link of cultural heritage,it is originated in the inherent needs of cultural heritage.There is no curriculum without a inheritance.Therefore,the curriculum is a chain of reorganizing cultural genes,and it is a key of copying cultural genes and passing the civilized passwords.At the same time,local culture is also the specific embodiment of culture.In all the cultural achievements,music is undoubtedly the most cultural art form.It is also an important embodiment of local cultural heritage.However,the traditional music curriculum education of our country plays the role of inheriting local music culture not very well.With the implementation of "Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)",China currently implements three-level??national-local-school??curriculum management.The outline stipulates that on the basis of the national unified curriculum,various localities and schools must rely on their own conditions and their cultural environment to develop a certain proportion of personalized courses consciously.Especially in the field of aesthetic education,such as music and art,local governments and schools,need to combine the local cultural environment with the cultural customs and the curriculum,to develop music curriculum resources with certain characteristics.Therefore,based on the needs of local cultural heritage and the characteristics of music education in middle school,this paper considers that the school-based curriculum of middle school music,which is based on local cultural heritage,should follow the principle of unifying subjectivity and practicableness,unifying openness and inclusiveness and combining the individuation with the collectivization.By analyzing the excellent experiences of Shanghai Xuhui Middle School,the high school affiliated to Minzu University of China and Xinjiang Tacheng No.161 Middle School,and basedon those results,to carry out the reform and experiment of music school-based curriculum in No.Three Middle School of Tianshui.In order to enable students through the practice of the new music curriculum,to constantly exploring the resources of local culture curriculum and realizing the innovation of music school-based curriculum and music teaching model.
