Tianshui has a profound history and abundant local cultural resources,which not only function as the basis for local citizens' survival and livelihood,but also act as the important compositions of kindergarten curriculum resources.Tianshui local culture curriculum resources include the material culture curriculum resources and spiritual culture curriculum resources,featuring diversified,mass and educational characters of great education significance for comprehensive child development.At present,most of kindergartens and faculties in Tianshui have built up the awareness of developing and utilizing local culture curriculum resources primarily;conducted the development and utilization of related curriculum resources to some different degrees based on local situations.Some advantageous kindergartens have even obtained dramatic achievements in development and utilization,which have dramatically highlighted the features of local kindergartens and formed up the sound atmosphere for resource development and utilization.However,most of faculties are characterized by lack of professional capability to develop and utilize of local culture curriculum resources;most of kindergartens have not paid enough attention to this task without a sound mechanism of development and mechanism.In addition,education administrative departments have failed to provide enough supports specifically.Consequently,kindergartens in Tianshui are facing with various problems during the process of development and utilization of local culture curriculum resources,including parts of faculties without improved awareness for curriculum resources,in lack of awareness for development and utilization,most of kindergartens with limited contents of development and utilization in unitary ways and insufficient utilization of related social resources universally.In particular,most of disadvantageous kindergartens are under an even more difficult circumstance in resource development and utilization.Considering this situation,local education administration authorities shall strengthen the supports from various channels;try to formulate related supporting measures as soon as possible;and construct the multiparty interaction platform actively.Local kindergartens shall provide training curriculum for their faculties in diversified modes and aspects;build up a sound and orderly mechanism of development and utilization;rely on and cooperate with social resources for joint development and utilization.Faculties of kindergartens shall build up the positive awareness of development and utilization;form up the scientific and correct awareness of curriculum resources;make great efforts to upgrade their professional qualities of development andutilization;and expand the diversity of modes for development and utilization energetically,with the expectations of effectively promoting the development of kindergartens cultural education in Tianshui.
