Research On Fostering The Sense Of Law And Discipline Of Vocational Students

With the development of economic globalization and trade globalization,the competition among countries is not limited to the competition of economic power.In China a "powerful" target and pattern of the world continues to change the dual role,the party's eighteen plenary session once again stressed the importance of law in national governance,the rule of our country clearly the basic strategy of "rule of law".At the meeting,the leaders of the CPC Central Committee attached great importance to the work of legal system construction,and emphasized that the legal system should be the basic way of governing the country.In addition,China's eighteen fourth plenary session for the first time in the form of thematic discussion,"rule of law",put forward the legal construction of national law and the concept of the target culture,the legal education into an important part of national education system and spiritual civilization created.In the "four comprehensive",it is the goal of the development of the rule of law in an all-round way.In such a situation,the contemporary youth is shouldering the important historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of socialist Chinese,improve their sense of law and order,legal literacy not only affects the students improve their comprehensive quality,but also to a large extent determines China's comprehensive competitiveness of talents,determines our country play role in the international arena.According to the "central research network statistics,by the end of 2015,secondary vocational school graduates in our country is 5 million 154 thousand and700,accounting for more than 80% of all college graduates.Therefore,the secondary vocational school students is a major component of China's college students,vocational students the concept of the rule of law culture problem is China's education departments should focus on.Based on this understanding,this article will take Jiangsu Province five vocational school as an example,the law and the concept of vocational students training status " questionnaire,the deficiency from the survey results to spy on China's vocational students the concept of the rule of law culture,find out the root causes,and finding specific solutions.In the course of the study,this article highly comply with reality,with the help of SPSS22.0(Chinese version)software,the survey results were analyzed,the final visual chart shows,in order to achieve the best effect of the research,a conclusion was drawn that the most accurate.In addition,through to the domestic and foreign scholars to develop the research on College Students' concept of rule of law,this article from the law of cognition,emotion,and law practice and law belief in four aspects,in-depth analysis.In view of this research is based on the actual survey data,with a solid theory,so the conclusion has strong persuasion,to enrich the research system of China in the secondary vocational school students the concept of the rule of law,provide practical reference for other vocational school students to cultivate the concept of the rule of law.
