Ruling the country according to law is a major strategy of our country.How to develop the citizens knowing and abiding law has become an urgent task currently.Secondary vocational school,as an important platform for the country to develop applied graduates,has an important task to strengthen the law-related education.In order to improve the effect of the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools,the consciousness of the rule of law should be set as the goal and a flexible and reasonable means of education management should also be adopted.Currently,however,there are still many deficiencies in the education objectives,legal concepts,principles and methods so that the effectiveness of legal education in secondary vocational schools is therefore restricted.Therefore,it is necessary to take reflection on the current situation of law education in secondary vocational schools and carry on innovation and promotion.This article takes three secondary vocational schools in Yantai as examples,investigates and analyzes the basic situation of the secondary vocational school education of the rule of law,and proposes solutions accordingly hoping to provide practical ideas for similar researches and practice of the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools.Through research,several problems of law education in vocational schools below are discovered.First of all,in the current social situation,the process of enforcing law is not rigorous,and there is also the phenomenon that people cheat and even replace law with power,which influences the vocational students' legal concept and legal behavior.It is worth mentioning that,due to the rapid development and expansion of most secondary vocational schools in recent years,there is a weak situation in soft environment such as governance and management,which influences law education in secondary vocational schools.Secondly,it is found that the leadership and teachers of secondary vocational schools don't pay enough attention to the rule of law education.Thirdly,the goal of law education is ambiguous that focuses on imparting knowledge instead of the development of law concepts.In addition,law education is focusing on the explanation of legal provisions,while ignoring the cultivation of rule consciousness.Finally,classroom teaching,as the main way of law education,has not satisfying effectiveness.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools,the article puts forward the solutions striving to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools through optimizing the environment,defining goals,curriculum management and means innovation.
