Human capital is an important factor of economic growth,the 21st century will be a human capital in the economic life of the dominant era,as the most basic forms of human capital-education,human capital has become the focus of attention.To this end,China's implementation of the institutions of higher education enrollment policy,the scale of higher education has been greatly increased.Scale education,but also to the Chinese government has brought education and financial pressure,so the higher education began to implement the charging system.In 2014,the state implements the education charging policy for postgraduate education,then the family gradually become one of the main body of higher education investment.Playing a role as the transitional zone between urban and rural areas,the urban households seem more complicated and diversified in educational investment,which breas great research value.This paper chooses the education population of Henan Province,which is the province of Henan province,and takes the investment behavior of urban family master's degree in Henan province as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,the investment behavior of graduate education of urban family master in Henan province is investigated.It is found that the educational motive of urban family is still the main idea of traditional education,but the individual needs have been developed.The children's status in investment decision-making has been greatly enhanced,and the urban family has begun to consider the comprehensive factors.The investment idea has begun to become rational.Parents,children,family economic conditions,social environment and other aspects of the urban family graduate education investment behavior has varying degrees of impact;urban parents are more willing to choose economically developed areas of”985”,"211" colleges and universities,Engineering,medicine,literature and other applied professional.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on urban families,institutions of higher learning and our government and educational administrations at all levels from the point of view of reducing investment risk.
