Research On Entrepreneurship Education Of Vocational Colleges In Inner Mongolia

With the continuous innovation and development of higher education,entrepreneurship education has become a hot topic in domestic educational circles and society.Recently,most colleges enlarge their enrollment,but the employment situation in China is grim.From the current situation of Chinese higher education,many colleges have developed entrepreneurship education.S college in Mongolia Autonomous Region is a business college with various majors,including accountancy,engineering,tourism,information technology,art design,business.The main majors include accountancy,accounting computerization,audit practice,tourism management,costume design and so on.The entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges is highly valued by government,but there still many problems like starting late,shortage of teachers and lack of specialized courses.In conclusion,the entrepreneurship education in Mongolia Autonomous Region is still in infant stage without being institutionalized.School is the first class for entrepreneurship education.In many foreign countries,entrepreneurship education is launched in primary school and junior high school.But in China,we can only receive entrepreneurship education in colleges.The colleges should strengthen the education and research,and translate the research results of entrepreneurship education into education behavior.Since the reform and opening-up,the competition of technology and talents have become key words in the developments of society.As a training base for professional and technical personnel with a spirit of innovation,colleges should provide qualified builder and successor for society.In conclusion,colleges should strengthen the research on entrepreneurship education.Taking S college as an example,we systematically analyze entrepreneurship education by issuing questionnaires and interviewing,analyzing the problems and the causes from the aspects of society,school,teacher and student.Besides,we propose some suggestions for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges in Inner Mongolia,including changing the training concepts of the teachers,improving the curriculum system,strengthening the teaching force and so on.The research not only helps improve the employment rate in Inner Mongolia,providing theoretical basis for lightening unemployment rate in China and improving the quality of students in Inner Mongolia,but also is significant for training potential college students with entrepreneurial ability and spirit of innovation and constructing scientific education system.
