With the rapid development of Chinese economic and social development,and development of township government cannot do without personnel,however,at present most of the township government team structure is not reasonable,so we need to build in the township government in the future,to ensure that personnel in sufficient quantity,reasonable structure,layout,balanced with the ability of innovation the overall quality and structure to meet the duties and requirements of economic and social development needs to adapt to.This paper takes Hengyang Zhangshuxiang government personnel as the research object,according to the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics to establish talent optimal allocation model to determine a reasonable personnel structure allocation,improve the talent post matching degree,the formation of a set of optimization scheme is practical and comprehensive combination.First of all,based on the collection and collation of research status at home and abroad,analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars to study methods and results of personnel allocation;defines the concepts related to human resources,determine the basic principles of personnel allocation;a clear distinction between the concept and the concept of fuzzy,the fuzzy membership function and constructing method of collection in.Secondly,on the basis of the overall investigation of the status quo of Hengyang township government personnel allocation,analysis of the township government personnel allocation status and main problems.according to the basic theory of fuzzy entropy and maximum entropy,to establish the evaluation personnel structure model and analyze its advantages and disadvantages;combined with the characteristics of township government personnel to establish the evaluation index system,model,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of post using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,combined with the specific circumstances of Hengyang Zhangshu xiang government,after the evaluation of the staff structure of the township government personnel,further to the township government post matching degree evaluation,put forward to optimize personnel allocation scheme.This paper follows the method of combination of theory and practice,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,from the personnel structure and post matching degree personnel two aspects established the optimized allocation model,make the optimization recommendations more practical and objective.
